I found wrong information about my number — how do I correct it?
We display publicly registered data from PTA records. To correct registration information, you must contact your mobile network operator or visit a franchise. We cannot modify the source data.
Someone registered a SIM on my CNIC without my permission — what do I do?
Contact your mobile network immediately to request deactivation. You can also file a complaint at PTA's consumer complaint portal at complaint.pta.gov.pk.
