Information You Enter
When you use our SIM owner lookup tool, you enter a Pakistani mobile number or CNIC number into our search box. We do not store, log, or retain these search queries on our servers. Each search is processed in real time and the query is discarded immediately after the result is returned.
Automatically Collected Information
Like most websites, our server may automatically receive standard technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and pages visited. This information is used solely for server security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention — not for identifying individual users.
Cookies and Local Storage
We use a session cookie (PHPSESSID) which is a standard PHP session identifier. It expires when you close your browser. We also use browser localStorage to remember your assigned WhatsApp contact number so you always reach the same support agent. No personal data is stored in localStorage. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels of our own.
Third-Party Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic patterns such as total visitors, popular pages, and geographic regions. Google Analytics may set its own cookies. PakSimInfo.com displays publicly available SIM registration data only. This data is the same information available through official Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) registration records. We do not access, store, or distribute any private, restricted, or government-classified information. We do not have access to call records, location data, financial information, or any data beyond publicly registered SIM ownership fields (name, CNIC, address, network).
We are not affiliated with PTA, NADRA, or any Pakistani telecom operator. The data we show is sourced from publicly accessible registration records and is provided for informational purposes only.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your search queries with any third party. The only third-party service we use is Google Analytics for aggregate traffic measurement, which operates under Google's own Privacy Policy.
5. Data Security
Our website operates over HTTPS with SSL/TLS encryption. Our search functionality uses server-side proxies so that your search queries are never exposed in browser URLs or to third parties. We implement rate limiting to prevent abuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Children's Privacy
Our service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your Rights
Since we do not collect or store personal user data from searches, there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete on your behalf. If you have concerns about your SIM registration data appearing in public records, you should contact PTA directly at pta.gov.pk or your mobile network operator.
